Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from with Lune & Eve. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes being unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luneandeve.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that items are not sent back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective product, the wrong item, or an incorrect color or size. If your country of residence is outside the Netherlands, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues, such as defects, damages, or receiving an incorrect item. We’re committed to resolving these problems promptly.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the unwanted product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
